Accountant works as part of the international accounting team which manages and executes all accounting functions for Wheely entities in all countries of presence. This position reports to Head of Accounting and Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Fully covers Russian payroll processing: responsible for all aspects of payroll, payroll tax filings, payroll reporting. Provides assistance to all staff related to payroll questions or concerns.
• Implementation of process improvements, and enforces proper controls to produce accurate financial reporting in regard to payroll related accounts.
• Reports and conducting of vendor documents including confidential information.
• Responsible for all other tax returns (VAT, Corporate tax etc).
• Responsible for monthly closing procedures.
• Responsible for ICO documents flow and reconciliation.
• Responsible for Statistics reporting.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax legislation,
• Strong experience in RU payroll together with payroll reporting.
• Practical experience in one of the areas of accounting: revenues, expenses, fixed assets, intangible assets, accounts receivable and payable, loan and credit records, taxation.
• Experience in the foreign currency regulations will be an advance.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information, accuracy, punctuality, stress tolerance, responsibility
• At least Intermediate English.
